AnayaHome

Anaya Home ships by FedEx or UPS ground to the United States and Canada only — there is no international delivery beyond those two markets. In-stock items are processed within one to three business days, while larger furniture takes two to five days before dispatch. Rates are shown at checkout rather than advertised as a blanket free-shipping promise, so check your total before paying. If you need an item by a specific date, email customercare@anayahome.com for a dispatch and delivery estimate before ordering.

Anaya Home offers 30 days from receipt to return an item, started by emailing customercare@anayahome.com. Two conditions matter. First, return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless you are exchanging rather than refunding — so a change of mind has a real cost, and ordering multiple sizes to compare is an expensive approach. Second, furniture items are final sale and cannot be returned at all. Items should be unused and in original packaging. Photograph everything on arrival and keep written confirmation of any return request.

Every Anaya Home code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. Promotions change without notice, and codes can be limited to new customers, full-price items, a minimum spend or particular collections — handwoven furniture and the outdoor PureAir line are often excluded. Always confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying. If a code is rejected, work down the list rather than completing the order at full price, and check whether a discount affects return eligibility.

Checkout runs on a standard hosted e-commerce platform, so major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, usually alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay, and sometimes instalment options on furniture. Because this domain has no independent consumer review base, paying by credit card or PayPal is the sensible choice — both give you a dispute route if an order does not arrive or is not as described, which matters particularly on final-sale furniture. Avoid bank transfers or any off-platform payment request.
