Aslan Mattress

Yes — the company advertises fast, free delivery on its mattresses, with no shipping charge quoted at checkout. Mattresses arrive compressed in a box, so no appointment-based freight delivery is typically required. Shipping terms beyond the continental US are not set out on the site, and specific transit windows are not published. Because the business is small and owner-operated, it is worth calling (865) 268-9803 or emailing matt@aslanmattress.com for a dispatch estimate before ordering if you need the bed by a particular date.

Aslan advertises a 365-night risk-free trial. A return cannot be initiated until day 50, on the reasoning that the body takes up to 60 days to adjust, after which the company says you simply email and it handles collection — no repackaging needed and no fees within the first ten years. Separately, the "Infinite Warranty" covers visible sagging over 1.25 inches, fully for ten years and prorated after that. Important caveat: the Better Business Bureau assigns this business an F rating for failing to respond to four complaints, so get these terms confirmed in writing before ordering and keep every message and your receipt.

Every Aslan Mattress code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. Mattress promotions are often restricted to specific models, bundles or a minimum spend, so confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying. One point specific to this store: check whether a discounted purchase still carries the full 365-night trial and warranty, since reduced-price mattresses sometimes come with shortened terms — and those terms are the main reason to buy here.

Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, usually alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay, and financing may be offered on larger orders. Given the F BBB rating for unanswered complaints and the very small independent review base, paying by credit card matters here more than usual — it is your only reliable recourse if a trial return or warranty claim goes unanswered. Avoid bank transfers, cheques or any payment request made outside the store's own checkout.
