Yes — BEASEN advertises worldwide free shipping, which is unusual in a category where made-to-measure shades normally carry delivery charges. Because every shade is produced to your dimensions, dispatch follows a production period rather than shipping from stock, and the company emails to verify measurements before manufacturing begins — so factor that step into your timeline. International buyers should still expect duties, which are normally the recipient's responsibility. Call 1-800-608-8117 for a production and delivery estimate before ordering if you need shades by a set date.

BEASEN publishes a refund and return policy and advertises both a Limited Lifetime Warranty and a Perfect Fit Guarantee, but the detailed terms of each are not set out on the storefront — ask for them in writing before ordering. This matters because made-to-measure shades are generally not returnable for a change of mind, so the fit guarantee is your main protection against a sizing error. Two specifics worth asking about: what the fit guarantee covers if your own measurement was wrong, and whether the lifetime warranty includes the motor and batteries, since batteries are consumables and usually excluded.

Every BEASEN code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. The brand runs frequent seasonal sales with discounts reported up to 50%, and codes typically cannot be stacked on top of an already-discounted sale price — so compare the two and take whichever is larger. Codes may also be limited to particular collections or carry a minimum spend. Always confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying, and check that a discounted order still carries the fit guarantee.

Checkout runs on a standard hosted e-commerce platform, so major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, usually alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay, with instalment options common on multi-window orders. Because these are custom-made, largely non-returnable items and the independent review base is small, paying by credit card or PayPal is the sensible choice — both give you a dispute route if the shades arrive wrong or not as described. Avoid bank transfers or any off-platform payment request.
