Bethlehem Handicrafts

Yes — free US shipping applies to orders of $59 or more, with paid rates below that threshold. Orders are fulfilled from the family's Colorado operation rather than shipped individually from Bethlehem, so domestic delivery is reasonably quick once stock is in the US. Because the goods are carved in the Bethlehem area and shipped in batches, regional disruption can occasionally affect availability and restocking of particular pieces. If you need an item for a confirmation, baptism or other dated occasion, contact the Colorado team for a stock and delivery estimate first.

Bethlehem Handicrafts publishes a return policy, but the window and conditions are not summarised on the storefront — confirm them with the Colorado customer service team before buying. Expect the standard terms for handmade goods: items unused and in original packaging. Two category-specific points: consumables such as the Nablus olive oil soap and Holy Land coffee are normally non-returnable, and because each olive wood piece is hand-carved and one-off, an exchange for an identical item may not be possible. Grain and colour variation from the photographs is inherent to the material rather than a fault.

Every Bethlehem Handicrafts code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. Promotions change without notice, and codes can be limited to new customers, full-price items, a minimum spend or particular collections, with large church-scale commissions typically excluded. Always confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying — and note that a discount could drop your subtotal below the $59 threshold needed for free US shipping.

Checkout runs on a standard hosted e-commerce platform, so major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, usually alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Larger church and parish orders may be invoiced separately. Paying by credit card or PayPal remains the sensible default because both give you a dispute route if an order does not arrive — though with twenty-five years of trading, a physical Colorado store and independent press coverage, the risk profile here is lower than most. Avoid bank transfers or off-platform payment requests.
