Decoratd

Yes — free shipping applies to all orders over $30, which is an unusually low threshold for home textiles and means most bedding, curtain or towel orders will qualify automatically. Paid rates apply below that. Specific dispatch and transit windows are not advertised on the storefront, and because no warehouse location is disclosed it is hard to predict delivery speed in advance. If you need an item by a particular date, call the toll-free line on 1-888-737-5740 or email customerservice@decoratd.com for a dispatch estimate first.

Decoratd publishes a refund policy, but the return window and conditions are not summarised on the storefront — open the policy page or contact customer service to confirm what applies before you buy. Expect the usual conditions for bedding and bath textiles: items unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached, and return shipping typically the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. One point specific to licensed brands: ask whether any manufacturer warranty applies through this retailer, since that normally depends on buying from an authorised channel.

Every Decoratd code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. The store also advertises 20% off a first order for new email subscribers, which usually cannot be combined with another code — so compare the two and use whichever is larger. Promotions can be limited to full-price items, specific brands or a minimum spend. Always confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying, and check whether a discounted purchase remains returnable.

The store runs on Shopify, so major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, usually alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay, and sometimes instalment options on larger orders. Because no business address is published and there is no independent review base for this domain, paying by credit card or PayPal matters more than usual — both give you a chargeback or dispute route if an order does not arrive or is not as described. Avoid bank transfers or any off-platform payment request.
