Dewstand

Dewstand does not publish a blanket free-shipping guarantee — rates are set out on its shipping policy page and calculated at checkout, and because this is a heavy appliance rather than a parcel, freight is a real cost on both the outbound order and any return. The return policy makes that explicit: you pay return shipping and it is deducted from your refund. Before ordering, confirm the delivery method (kerbside versus in-home), whether a liftgate or appointment delivery is included, and the lead time. Inspect the crate before signing for it, photograph any damage immediately, and refuse a visibly damaged unit — with only a 7-day return window, a delayed damage report can leave you outside it.

This is the most important thing to understand before buying. Returns are accepted for only 7 days from the purchase date, you are responsible for return shipping and that cost is deducted from any refund, items showing visible signs of use are excluded, and sale items cannot be refunded at all — only regular-priced items. Returns go to 19800 MacArthur Blvd, Suite 300, Irvine CA 92603. On a $2,495 appliance you cannot evaluate without running it, that combination is very restrictive. The base warranty length is not published; an extended warranty of up to 10 years is sold separately, so ask what cover comes as standard, and get the filter and UV lamp replacement schedule and costs in writing too.

Every Dewstand code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. One point deserves emphasis here more than at almost any other store: Dewstand's policy states that sale items cannot be refunded, so buying at a discount may mean giving up your return rights entirely on a $2,495 purchase. Weigh the saving against that trade-off, and ask support to confirm in writing whether a coupon purchase remains returnable within the 7-day window before you apply a code. Confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying.

Checkout runs on a standard hosted e-commerce platform, so major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, typically alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay, and financing is sometimes offered on higher-value equipment. For a purchase of this size with a 7-day return window and non-refundable sale items, pay by credit card — it is the one route that preserves an independent chargeback path if the unit arrives damaged, underperforms against the published specification or is not as described. Avoid bank transfers or wires, and keep all pre-sale correspondence about certification, warranty and output claims.
