EpicQT

Epic QT does not advertise a blanket free-shipping threshold on its storefront, and current rates and timeframes are not summarised there. Because stainless steel items are dense and heavy for their size, and larger fabricated pieces such as backsplashes and shelving ship as oversized freight, costs vary considerably by item and destination. Custom fabrication also carries a production lead time before dispatch. Call (732) 908-8855 or use the live chat during weekday hours of 9am–5pm EST for a shipping quote and delivery estimate before ordering.

Returns and refunds are governed by the store's published policy, but the window and conditions are not summarised on the storefront — confirm them in writing before buying. Two points to expect in this category: custom-fabricated and cut-to-order pieces are generally not returnable, and return freight on heavy steel items is normally the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. No warranty term is stated anywhere on the site either, which is worth asking about on higher-value fabricated work. Photograph the item and packaging on arrival.

Every Epic QT code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. Promotions change without notice, and codes are commonly restricted to stock catalogue items rather than custom fabrication or RFQ orders, and may carry a minimum spend. Always confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying. If a code is rejected, work down the list rather than completing the order at full price, and check whether a discount affects return eligibility.

Checkout runs on a standard hosted e-commerce platform, so major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, usually alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Custom fabrication and commercial RFQ orders may be invoiced separately. Because this domain has no independent consumer review base and the return terms are not published up front, paying by credit card or PayPal is the sensible choice — both give you a dispute route. Avoid bank transfers or any off-platform payment request.
