Editor's Verdict
👍 Pros
- ✓Three externally audited credentials: B Corp, OEKO-TEX Class I and FSC
- ✓Lyocell processing is the legitimate route, not the mislabelled bamboo viscose common elsewhere
- ✓Independently tested and rated well by two separate mattress publications
- ✓Best-in-class cooling, scored 5/5 by Mattress Clarity for hot sleepers
- ✓Silky sateen drape that reviewers consistently describe as luxurious
- ✓Resists pilling across repeated washes when laundered correctly
- ✓Deep 16-17 inch pockets suit thick mattresses and stay put
- ✓Free shipping over $100 and free returns within the trial window
👎 Cons
- ✕Washed or opened returns receive store credit only, not a refund
- ✕The 30-night trial is short compared with competitors in this category
- ✕Value scored only 3/5 by Mattress Clarity — these are expensive sheets
- ✕Fabric wrinkles readily, so not for anyone wanting a crisp finish
- ✕No Trustpilot review base at all, so service experience is undocumented
- ✕Fabric softener and dryer balls must be avoided or the fabric pills
- ✕Loose fit on mattresses under 12 inches, and limited warmth for cold sleepers
- ✕Marketing claims of being "100% free of toxins" and "scientifically proven" overreach the certifications

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — free shipping applies to orders over $100, with paid rates below that threshold, and the brand works with a shipping partner offering tracking and faster upgrades. Because a single sheet set typically clears $100, most orders qualify. Some items are hand-woven in Peru and may ship separately or on a longer timeline. International options and any duties are not clearly set out on the storefront, so overseas buyers should check with support first. Dispatch windows are not advertised as a specific guarantee.

ettitude offers a 30-night sleep trial with free returns inside 30 days, but the conditions matter a great deal here. Only unwashed items qualify for a full refund — opened or washed products receive store credit only. That substantially narrows what "risk-free trial" means in practice, so decide before laundering whether you may want your money back. The 30-night window is also shorter than many competitors offer. Returns run through the brand's online returns portal, and warranty information is limited, so ask support in writing if that matters to you.

Every ettitude code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. Promotions change without notice, and codes can be limited to new customers, full-price items, a minimum spend or particular collections — bundles and towel or robe lines are sometimes excluded. Always confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying. Because independent reviewers scored this brand lowest on value, a working coupon is the main thing that makes the pricing competitive.

Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, usually alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay, and instalment options are commonly offered on larger bedding orders. Because the brand has no independent consumer review base and washed returns are refunded only as store credit, paying by credit card or PayPal is the sensible choice — both give you a dispute route if an order does not arrive or is not as described. Avoid bank transfers or any off-platform payment request.

★★★★★
I sleep hot and these are the first sheets that have actually fixed it — they wick instead of trapping heat, and the sateen drape is genuinely silky rather than slick. The OEKO-TEX Class I certification mattered to me because the same set went on my son's bed. Eighteen months of weekly washing and still no pilling.

Lovely fabric and I trust the B Corp and FSC certifications more than the usual vague eco claims. Deep pockets held firm on our 15-inch mattress. Two notes: they wrinkle the moment you look at them, and you have to skip fabric softener and dryer balls entirely or they start to pill. Worth it, but learn the care rules first.

The sheets themselves are good, especially for cooling. What soured it was the return terms — I slept on them for a fortnight, decided the slippery feel was not for me, and discovered that washed sets only get store credit, not a refund. That is not really a risk-free trial. Read the policy before you open the packaging.
