French Dry Goods

No — there is no free shipping threshold at any order value. Postage is charged on a sliding scale based on order total, starting at $8.00 for orders up to $24.99 and increasing from there. On a modestly priced item such as a broom set, that is a significant proportion of the total, so consolidating several items into one order is considerably more economical than ordering piecemeal. Specific dispatch and transit windows are not advertised, and because no warehouse location is disclosed, delivery speed is hard to predict. Email info@frenchdrygoods.com for an estimate if timing matters.

French Dry Goods allows returns requested within 15 days of receiving your purchase — notably shorter than the 30 days common elsewhere. Items must be in original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt, and customers pay return shipping. Three categories are excluded entirely and cannot be returned: markdown and sale items, food items, and personal care items. That last set of exclusions matters a great deal if you are buying with a discount, so confirm your item's status before completing the order. Inspect everything promptly on arrival.

Every French Dry Goods code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. One store-specific warning applies here more than usual: markdown and sale items are final sale, so a discount that moves your item into reduced status may remove your right to return it within the already-short 15-day window. Weigh the saving against that trade-off, and always confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying.

Checkout runs on a standard hosted e-commerce platform, so major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, usually alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Because no business address or phone number is published, there is no independent consumer review base, and sale items are non-returnable, paying by credit card or PayPal is the sensible choice — both give you a dispute route if an order does not arrive or is not as described. Avoid bank transfers or any off-platform payment request.
