Frequently Asked Questions

The store publishes its rates on a shipping policy page rather than advertising a blanket free-shipping promise, and quotes 1–3 days handling with 5–7 days transit on most orders. Large items such as inverters, battery banks and saunas move by freight, so delivery is scheduled rather than dropped at the door, and reviewers note that carriers have occasionally rescheduled. A practical bonus: purchases are sales-tax-free in most states, excluding Arizona, California, Florida, Ohio and Illinois. Call +1-513-743-2829 for a freight quote and delivery window before ordering.

Green Vista Living publishes a refund policy, but the return window and any restocking fee are not summarised on the storefront — confirm them in writing before buying, since restocking charges on freight-shipped electrical equipment are common and can be substantial. Two further points specific to this category: warranty service on solar inverters and batteries is normally handled by the manufacturer (EG4, Victron, Sol-Ark and so on) rather than the retailer, and installed equipment is generally not returnable. Confirm the exact model and specification before ordering, and inspect and photograph the pallet on delivery before signing.

Every Green Vista Living code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. Authorized-dealer pricing on solar and sauna brands is often restricted by the manufacturer, so codes may exclude EG4, Victron, Enphase and similar lines, or carry a minimum spend. Note also that the store's price-match policy cannot be combined with other discounts, so you choose one or the other. Always confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying.

Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, usually alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay, and financing is commonly available on high-value solar and sauna orders. For purchases at these values, paying by credit card is strongly preferable — it gives you a chargeback route if equipment arrives in the wrong configuration or does not arrive at all, which is the specific issue a few reviewers reported. Avoid bank transfers, wire payments or any request made outside the store's own checkout.

★★★★★
Best price I found anywhere on the 12000XP and no sales tax to my state, which saved a meaningful amount on a purchase this size. Shipped within two days, arrived on a pallet in perfect condition with outstanding packaging. I rang before ordering and someone actually talked me through the model options.

Good pricing and they honoured a price match I submitted beforehand, which was straightforward. The equipment is genuine authorised-dealer stock. The only snag was the carrier — the freight company rescheduled twice, which was not really the retailer's fault but did push my installer's booking back a week.

Fine until the order was placed, then it became very hard to reach anyone — email replies were short and unhelpful. What arrived was not the configuration I thought I had ordered, and sorting it out took far longer than it should have. Confirm the exact model and spec in writing before you pay, especially on expensive electrical gear.
