House of Avana

Free shipping is offered across the USA on qualifying orders, though the minimum spend is not clearly stated on the storefront. International shipping is available at varying cost, with duties and import taxes normally the recipient's responsibility. Because no warehouse location is disclosed and the catalogue runs to over 8,000 items, dispatch and transit times are hard to predict and may differ by product. If you need an item by a set date, email info@houseofavana.com or use the live chat for a dispatch estimate before ordering.

This is the term that matters most here: House of Avana states a 4-day return window on unused items in original packaging, with additional restrictions on made-to-order pieces. That is far shorter than the 30 days standard across home decor, so you have almost no margin — note the deadline as soon as your order ships, be available when it arrives, and unbox and inspect immediately. Return shipping is normally the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged. Buying the same products through Perigold or eBay instead gives you those platforms' considerably longer return terms.

Every House of Avana code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. Promotions change without notice, and codes can be limited to new customers, full-price items, a minimum spend or particular categories — furniture and made-to-order pieces are often excluded. Always confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying. Bear in mind that a coupon does not extend the 4-day return window, and may make a discounted item harder to return at all — check before you pay.

Checkout runs on a standard hosted e-commerce platform, so major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, usually alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay, and sometimes instalment options on furniture. Given the very short return window, the absence of a published address or phone number and the lack of any independent review base, paying by credit card or PayPal matters here — both give you a dispute route beyond the four days. Avoid bank transfers or any off-platform payment request.
