Kanso Designs

Kanso ships with carbon-neutral delivery offset through Canadian projects, and sets out its current rates and any free-shipping threshold on its shipping policy page rather than advertising a blanket promise on the homepage. Because the planters are unusually lightweight for their size, postage on smaller pots is generally reasonable, but the larger 19" sizes are bulky and can cost more to send. International options and any duties are not clearly stated, so overseas buyers should use the contact page to confirm before ordering. If you need pots by a set date, request a dispatch estimate first.

The store publishes a return and refund policy, though the exact window and conditions are not summarised on the storefront — open the policy page or use the contact form to confirm what applies. Expect the standard terms for homeware: pots unused and in original packaging, with return shipping typically the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. One practical tip specific to this brand: because the "signature stone" range is a recycled plastic composite rather than actual stone, check the material description before ordering so you are not returning on the basis of a surprise.

Every Kanso Designs code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. Promotions change without notice, and codes can be limited to new customers, full-price items, a minimum spend or particular ranges — bundles and multi-pot sets are sometimes excluded because they are already discounted. Always confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying. If a code is rejected, work down the list rather than completing the order at full price, and check whether a discount affects return eligibility.

Checkout runs on a standard hosted e-commerce platform, so major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, usually alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Wholesale buyers can order through Faire instead. Because the brand's 4.8 rating is collected on its own site rather than an independent platform, paying by credit card or PayPal is the sensible default — both give you a dispute route if an order does not arrive or is not as described. Avoid bank transfers or any off-platform payment request.
