Kouboo

Yes — KOUBOO offers free US shipping, with most items delivered in two to five days, which is genuinely fast for hand-woven decor. Larger rattan furniture such as headboards, cabinets and tables may ship separately or by freight with different timings, so check the individual listing. International options and any duties are not clearly set out on the storefront, so overseas buyers should call 1-888-272-0705 or email info@kouboo.com to confirm before ordering. The brand's Walmart marketplace listings are an alternative route if you prefer that platform's delivery handling.

KOUBOO publishes a returns page, but one term deserves particular attention: all discounted items are final sale. That means if you buy a reduced piece — or a promotion moves your item into discounted status — you may have no right to return it at all. Confirm the status of your specific item in writing before completing the order. For full-price purchases, expect the usual conditions: unused items in original packaging, with return shipping typically the buyer's responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged. Photograph everything on arrival.

Every KOUBOO code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. One store-specific warning applies here more than usual: because KOUBOO treats all discounted items as final sale, applying a coupon can remove your ability to return the piece. Decide whether the saving is worth that trade-off, especially on furniture you have not seen in person. Always confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying, and if a code is rejected, try the next one rather than paying full price.

Checkout runs on a standard hosted e-commerce platform, so major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, usually alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay, and sometimes instalment options on larger furniture. Given that discounted purchases are final sale, paying by credit card or PayPal is the sensible choice — both give you a dispute route if an item arrives damaged or not as described. Avoid bank transfers or any payment request made outside the store's own checkout.
