Lumens Depot

Yes. Lumens Depot advertises free shipping across the USA on orders over $99, which a 50ft or longer roll of this neon rope light clears on its own at $79.99 plus any accessories. Below that threshold, rates are calculated at checkout. The store also runs a tiered "Spend More Save More" discount and a rewards programme, which is worth knowing if you are buying a full run plus drivers, end caps and mounting clips in one order. Rolls of neon flex are bulky but robust; still, inspect the coil on arrival for crushing or cuts in the silicone before you install, since damage to the housing on a mains-voltage product is a safety issue rather than a cosmetic one.

Lumens Depot states a 30-day return policy, and this product carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty. The full refund terms are not readable on the store's policy page, so confirm two specifics in writing before ordering: whether a restocking fee applies, and who pays return shipping. One point is in your hands rather than theirs — cut lengths are generally not returnable, because a trimmed roll cannot be resold. Measure your run carefully, order a single length that covers it, and test the roll before cutting anything. Keep your invoice, since proof of purchase will be needed for any warranty claim inside the year.

Every Lumens Depot code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. Two things to note: this item already shows a standing reduction to $79.99 from $90, and the store operates its own tiered volume discount, so codes often cannot be stacked on top of either. Lighting retailers also commonly exclude clearance rolls and accessories. Confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying, and compare the delivered price per foot rather than the percentage off, since roll length is what really drives value here.

Checkout runs on a standard hosted e-commerce platform, so major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, typically alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Paying by credit card is the sensible route: the store's independent review footprint is thin, and a card preserves a dispute path if the roll arrives damaged or does not match the published specification. Keep the order confirmation and the ETL details from the listing on file — you will want both for a warranty claim and if an electrical inspector asks what is installed.
