Visited the Knightsbridge store and the staff were fantastic, really knowledgeable about frame fit and lens options. Left with a pair of Chanel sunglasses I love.

Ordered online and had a question about my delivery that took weeks to get a response to. The glasses themselves were fine once they arrived, but the communication was frustrating.
