Nneeoonn

Yes — NNEEOONN® advertises free worldwide shipping on its custom signs, dispatched by UPS, FedEx or DHL. Allow for two stages: 3–6 business days production after you approve the digital mockup, then 3–10 business days in transit. Because the company ships from Hong Kong, buyers in some countries may still face import duties or taxes on arrival, which are not mentioned at checkout — confirm this before ordering if you are outside the US. The 48-hour damage-reporting rule makes the unboxing critical: film or photograph the carton before opening, check the acrylic edges and every tube section, and contact both the courier and hello@nneeoonn.com the same day if anything is wrong.

This is the most important term to understand: NNEEOONN® states it is unable to offer refunds on custom signs, because each one is made to order — and effectively everything it sells is custom. In place of refunds you get a 1-year warranty covering free repair of faulty items, specified for indoor use. Goods damaged in transit must be reported to both the delivery agent and the company within 48 hours, with photographic or video evidence. The policy also states that colour variation and slight discolouration are inherent to a hand-made product and are not treated as defects. Your real protection is the digital mockup — proofread every character and check the dimensions before approving it, because after that there is no way back.

Every NNEEOONN® code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. Two caveats specific to this store. The listing already shows a standing reduction to $75.99 from $89.99, so compare against the discounted price rather than the crossed-out one, and codes may not stack on it. More importantly, remember that custom signs are non-refundable regardless of discount — a coupon lowers the price but does not improve your recourse, so the saving should never be a reason to rush the mockup approval. Confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying, and check whether add-ons such as the IP67 upgrade are excluded.

Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard, along with digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Given that this is an overseas, made-to-order purchase with no refunds on custom signs and only a 48-hour damage window, paying by credit card or PayPal is strongly advisable — both give you an independent dispute route if the sign never arrives, arrives broken, or does not match the mockup you approved. Avoid bank transfers. Keep the approved mockup, your order confirmation and your unboxing photographs together, since all three are what a warranty claim or a card dispute will turn on.
