Oriental Rug of Houston

Yes — free shipping applies to all orders with no minimum spend, which is generous in a category where area rugs are bulky and ship rolled. The company also offers free in-home measurement, plus stair runner installation and wall-to-wall fitting carried out by its own team, though those on-site services are realistically limited to the greater Houston area. Oversized rugs may take longer in transit. Call 832-702-8270 for a delivery estimate or to arrange a measurement appointment before ordering.

Oriental Rug of Houston offers a 30-day return window and — unusually for this category — free returns on all orders. That is a genuine advantage, since return freight on a large rug would otherwise often cost more than the discount you saved. Items must be returned in original condition, so unroll carefully, keep the packaging, and avoid laying a rug in a high-traffic area until you are sure. Photograph the rug on arrival. If anything arrived damaged, report it promptly rather than waiting for the rug to flatten out.

Every Oriental Rug of Houston code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. Promotions change without notice, and codes can be limited to new customers, full-price items, a minimum spend or particular collections, with hand-knotted and pure silk pieces sometimes excluded from sitewide offers. Always confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying, and check that a discounted rug still carries the standard 30-day free-return terms.

Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, usually alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay, with instalment options common on higher-value hand-knotted and silk rugs. Paying by credit card remains the sensible default on a large purchase because it gives you a dispute route, though with BBB accreditation, 27 years of trading and free returns in place, the risk profile here is lower than most. Avoid bank transfers or any off-platform payment request.
