The open heart diamond necklace is stunning and the team walked me through the diamond quality in person at the Ridgewood store. They even included a handwritten note.

Had an heirloom ring restored here and the craftsmanship was excellent. Being family-owned since 1982 really shows in how they handle customers.

Beautiful piece and helpful staff, but I didn't realize the return window was only 14 days, which felt tight for a purchase this size.
