Editor's Verdict

👍 Pros

  • ✓Long operating history with a real physical NYC storefront
  • ✓Distinctive streetwear design aesthetic with a large social following
  • ✓Wide range of product categories and price points
  • ✓Some customers report helpful in-person return assistance

👎 Cons

  • ✕BBB lists the company with an F rating due to unanswered complaints
  • ✕Trustpilot reviews are heavily negative, with the majority citing one-star experiences
  • ✕Frequent reports of severe shipping delays and poor order communication
  • ✕Multiple complaints about sizing inconsistency and garment quality not matching the price
  • ✕Customer service is described by many reviewers as unresponsive, especially for online orders
Our verdict: Reason Clothing is a long-established streetwear brand with a genuine physical presence, but independent reviews across the BBB and Trustpilot show a consistent pattern of serious complaints about shipping delays, communication, and product quality for online orders. While the brand is not a scam and has operated for over two decades, the volume of documented issues warrants real caution for online purchases. Shoppers considering an order should use a payment method with strong buyer protection and keep thorough records in case an issue needs to be resolved. Rating: 2.0/5.
