My Roxy necklace is beautiful and exactly the length I wanted. No issues with my order and it arrived well packaged.

The necklace itself is pretty but thinner than I pictured based on the website photos. Wish there was a phone number to call with questions instead of just email.

Tried to return mine because the chain was much shorter than expected and had real trouble getting a response from customer service about a refund.
