Stoff Mobel

Yes. Stoff Mobel provides complimentary insured standard delivery across the US and Canada, and ships on a Delivered Duties Paid basis, so duties and taxes are included in the price and no import fees or tariffs are charged on delivery. The trade-off is time: standard fulfilment is quoted at around 25 days, with Priority fulfilment at 7–9 days. The brand also ships to the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark and the UAE. Because these are large, heavy items, inspect the carton at the door and report any transit damage to info@stoffmobel.com immediately — a replacement guarantee covers damage in transit.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt (14 days for EU customers, in line with statutory withdrawal rights) for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase, and Stoff Mobel issues a prepaid return label to its logistics partner in Atlanta, Georgia. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. The important caveat is cancellation: orders can be cancelled free within 24 hours, after which a 20% restocking fee applies because materials are allocated to your piece — on a $490 shelf that is roughly $98. Customised and personalised items cannot be returned. Settle size and finish before ordering rather than after.

Every Stoff Mobel code listed on smartstorereview is tested against the live checkout before publication and rechecked on a regular schedule, with expired codes removed. Note that much of the range already carries a marked-down price — the GRID 02 lists at $490 from $590 — and furniture stores commonly block stacking a code on top of an existing sale price, or exclude custom configurations. Confirm the discount appears in your order total before paying, and remember that the 20% restocking fee on late cancellations can exceed the saving, so be sure of your width and finish first.

Checkout runs on a standard hosted e-commerce platform, so major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, typically alongside digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Affirm financing is offered on larger orders over up to 18 monthly payments — check the APR before committing, as instalment plans are not always interest-free. For a purchase of this size with a multi-week lead time, paying by credit card is the sensible choice because it preserves a chargeback route if the piece never arrives or is not as described.
